  I work on an application called Integrated Sales Desktop (ISD) which allows sales people in capital markets view client portfolios, trades, allocations, holdings, IOIs, WICs, and other bonds for themselves and teammates.I mostly work on bug fixes and UI enhancements to provide a top-quality user experience. This includes adding search boxes, adding or removing buttons, and allowing for customization of the UI based on user roles and salesperson preferences. Angular/Typescript/HTML/CSSI use my background in statistics and data analysis to provide actionable insight to management about salesperson utilization of the application, missing data, data quality, and data attributes as well as monitoring processes. This is done through MongoDB queries both in Mongo Compass and Python (pymongoarrow).Using my neurodivergent strengths, I understand user issues/requests and provide assistance, escalate to more experienced teammates, and continuously keep users informed on the progress being made to resolve their issues.I work on an agile team and use Jira for project management.
