  In this background, a Committee was constituted by the Chairperson, NDMC to assess the training needs of the NDMC employees. The Committee considered the training needs of the staff and suggested a comprehensive training plan for the staff of NDMC after taking into inputs from all HODs, Chief Engineers, Suptdg. Engineers, officers and staff.The Department also arranged briefing meetings about NDMC of delegations visiting NDMC from foreign Countries in the Council Room, NDMC.

  Summer Internship

  It is the apex training institute of NTPC located in Badarpur,Delhi, close to the company headquarters, it houses a world class training infrastructure. It has two residential hostels with internet broadband facility in each room. PMI has multiple training and conference rooms fitted with the latest audio visual training aids. The PMI auditorium has a seating capacity of 300 and hosts many conferences at national and international level.PMI comes equipped with an indoor badminton court, swimming pool, tennis court and gym for use of participants.   In this period of time I have learnt about smart metering installation and also gain the knowledge of the components of Smart meter as well as the operation of smart meter.Nov'19 i've transferred from MMG TO MRG.Here I am gonna learn the pattern of billing reading and quality check.Within lockdown we initiate and promote Whatsapp e-bill to enhance digitization and also aware consumer to stop paper bill.self meter reading is also one of the best initiative taken by department and still in continuation.
