  I’m responsible for all HR at the unit, leads the managers in the HR processes, sets goals in the area. The unit has a turnover of approx. 200 MUSD (OR/REV) and has approx. 350 FTE. The unit consists of around 20 managers and several different result units.During my time at HV Breakers, I have been locally responsible, but I have also been acting HUB HR, i.e. HR responsible for High Voltage in northern Europe with roughly 1100 employees and a number of HRBP's under my umbrella. Consulting as HR BP at ABB and am responsible for the HR processes within the unit, ex Talent Management. Managerial support is also a large part of my work, everything from recruitment to termination of staff as well as salary and rehabilitation issues. One directly reporting HR assistant was also part of my area of responsibility.

  As a HR Generalist, I am responsible for Spendrup's Supply Chain, approx. 370 employees within Logistics and Distribution, as well as planning and development. In my role, I lead the HR processes within my area of responsibility and work closely with my HR colleagues and the managers within the organization.In the role of Work Environment Coordinator, I am responsible for these processes within the entire company. During my time at the company, we have set the processes for the systematic safety work, we have started working with internal audits and really put work environment high on the agenda.
