      Led, input to and designed a Network Transformation Product Allocation process for 6000 Branches, ensuring the on-going integrity of Branch Model baselines and incorporating an exceptions process to safeguard the £1.34bn Government Investment in the Programme.Designed Product allocation templates for use in Reference Data ensuring all derivations of Branch Products were incorporated.Managed the Product to Model allocation process for Network Transformation ensuring capacity aligned with roll out beat rate of circa 60 Branches per week.Impact assessed additional resourcing requirements for the whole Information Services team in order to deliver the Network Transformation Programme. Business case agreed and signed off. Conducted feasibility across Information Services to free up capacity. Introduced expanded remit of direct data entry into the Programme Change area which delivered an uplift of 40% capacity in the verification area at no cost.Issue resolution for DVLA transactions by re-aligning the Network post new contractual terms.
