  My job role as Front of House Manager here evolved over the years, most recently managing the building when the General Manager and Assistant General manager were absent, along with the daily running of the pool plant room and all wet area facilities, managing all staff that were on shift and delegating tasks as well as being the on site first aider in the event of any accidents or incidents. My main area of focus was front of house where as a company we pride ourselves on delivering world class customer service. Myself alone would manage the front of house team which involved rostering and managing all front of house procedures correctly as well as achieving monthly targets on debt recovery, sales, ops and people.I also worked directly with head office to submit weekly swimming revenue from 80 plus clubs and swimming providers.   Here at the Priestley Group I am in charge of Front of House for three prestigious companies, Priestley Construction, Priestley Homes and Priestley Estate Agents, based at our head office on Elland Road in Leeds. I am the main contact for all three of the Priestley companies along with all the serviced offices. I work closely with the construction arm of the business which involves being part of the new development projects from there start date to completion date. After moving to our new head office in February 2017 I was giving the opportunity to also be the building manager dealing with all aspects of the day to day running of the business. Show less
