  The plant is to upgrade the raw coal with low rank calorie (4,472 kcal/kg) to be higher caloric value (6,122 kcal/kg) by using the Binderless Coal Briquette (BCB) technology to reduce moisture contents from ±35% to be ±8%. The plant is designed to produce the BCB up to one million tons per year.My primary responsibility is to manage day to day operations of the plant and ROM coal receiving, lead, organize, and provide direction for employees to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in production, people performance, HSE & Q outcomes, and the business results. The role includes overseeing the stockpiles management.Another role is to campaign and promote the BCB as a cleaner and more efficient fuel coal to the government and users.In charge as Operations Manager commenced in January 2012 instead of Operations Superintendent.
