      Trainee for One of The "Strengthening Feminist Movement Grant 2022–2023” Programs

      Trainee for a program named “GIRLS POWER TO PREVENT SEXUAL VIOLENCE”. This is a program under the support of the Women's Fund Asia through the "Strengthening Feminist Movement 2022–2023 Grantmaking Program", targeting young women in the Special Region of Yogyakarta to become female leaders and be actively involved in preventing sexual violence in their respective communities. The program is conducted offline in the Special Region of Yogyakarta from July to September 2023.

      The project is led by Dr Annisa R. Beta (the University of Melbourne) and PUSKAPA (Center on Child Protection and Wellbeing at Universitas Indonesia), with fundings from the University of Melbourne and the Australian Research Council (DE230101204). It is a series of studies that explore the complexities and nuances of girlhood in Indonesia, interested in:- Discovering the nuances and complexity of girlhood that have been afforded to the lives of girls and young women in Indonesia through research and publications;- Examining the roles young women play in driving change in their communities, localities, or beyond; and- Exploring the digital tools, resources, and strategies used by girls and young women in Indonesia on a daily basis.
