  Based on my experience with the NFL as Frequency Coordinator since 1999, I began to offer coordination and site surveys of events and areas. I started with myself, some equipment and contacts I knew. I've since built this into an organization that has a growing amount of employees and events. I manage schedules, payroll, billing, and client relations. We provide site surveys in advance of events for planning purposes, live monitoring during events for interference, coordinate events with both pre-event and on site support during the event. We work closely with media and the event hosts to ensure that all communication goes smoothly.   During my time at Therrell High School I grew as an educator, finding my voice in and out of the classroom. Being at the school during their IB qualifications and learning how to implement MYP science curriculum allowed me to be instrumental in writing IB unit plans for chemistry with my PLC, utilize the data to reflect on our practices and implementation and revise the unit plans accordingly. Therrell strongly urges reflective practices and that is a skill I'm grateful to have nurtured. In addition, I started and have co-chaired the New Teacher Induction Program at a school level since 2018 school year.
