**Promoted to Store Manager of Store 01-8317, located at 3107 Greene Ave Fort Worth, TX.** Increased District terms of overall Sales and Wireless Sales YTD to above half of the district in Sales and Wireless units sold.Increased store Sales Gross Profit from (-17.8%) to 25.7% SGP in nine months. Achieved top ratings of several categories in the Key Product Index (KPI) every month, including RadioShack Service Plan Attachment rate and Battery Dollars sold per day; all of which helped drive profit for the store. Executed all promotional and corporate merchandise moves, including the company-wide “Perfect Store” project, which included a complete overhaul of all merchandise and store appearance; from the stock room to the front door. Managed the staffing and scheduling of the store’s roster within allotted budget, while meeting with the demand of the store’s daily traffic. Set store and individual goals at the beginning of each month, motivated and drove the store towards reaching set goals, and conducted follow ups at the end of each month with each employee (for individual goals) and with my District Manager (for the store’s goals). Show less Transferred to Store 01-8354, located inside the Hulen Mall, which was the third largest store in terms of sales volume in the district, second largest store in terms of sales volume numbers in the city of Fort Worth. Wireless Sales Manager

Throughout my 5-month tenure as a sales associate, I maintained an average .18 Productivity Per Hour Rate, and was consistently ranked in the 1st Quartile in PPH on the monthly and mid-monthly reports. Consistently gained high marks in multiple key metrics, including but not withstanding: Net Units, PPH, Gross Profit Dollar Per Hour, Accessory Attach Rate, Enhanced Service Plan Attach Rate, etc.The customer base at Travis AFB is limited and recurring. With that in mind, I accumulated a large clientele base by always being polite and courteous, while providing a "neighborly" sales approach; listening intently and exhausting all means to resolve any and all conflicts, while always leading the customer to best value for their dollar.**Promoted to Wireless Manager in September of 2011**Had to bring the store back to core staffing as there was only myself and one (1) other employee staffed at the beginning of my promotion. During the first 5 months after my promotion, Travis Air Force Base underwent a complete store renovation, while still keeping the store open under normal business hours. During this time:Sales to budget for Travis Air Force dropped by an average of 45% YTD during that 5 month period, while sales at my location only dropped by an average of 35%.The on-site construction and renovation made the customer base highly upset; to where my crew had to curb numerous frustrations to provide a friendly and comfortable selling environment. After the renovation completed, the sales resumed to a monthly average of 91% YTD in Activations to Budget and 97% YTD in Gross Profit to Budget.Consistently ranked in the Top Quartile of the Company on Weekly Sales Rankers and ranked 1st out of the company on numerous of said Weekly Rankers.Continued to grow a vast clientele, as we had amassed a large returning customer based and serviced the majority of the military personnel residing and servicing at Travis Air Force Base.
