Finance Department Approval: The sales order is then sanctioned by the Finance Department. Once approved, the relevant data is entered into the SAP system.3. Material Requirements: Based on the project's material requirements, the Purchase Department issues a document and inputs the necessary data into SAP.4. Document Review: All documents generated by the various departments are thoroughly reviewed by me.5. Bill of Materials (BOM) and Routing: The BOM and routing are generated and organized according to the project requirements.6. Material Requirements Planning (MRP): MRP is run based on the BOM details, which automatically creates a planned order. This planned order specifies the project's time requirements.7. Material Management: Once the planned order is finalized, material management is carried out according to the requirements from all stores.8. Project Execution: The project officially begins, and the material goes through several phases: - Manufacturing: Parts are taken from the store and manufactured. - Quality Assurance (QA): The manufactured parts undergo QA inspection. - Assembly: Parts are assembled. - Final QA Inspection: The assembled products undergo another QA inspection. - Mil-grade Testing: The products are tested to meet military-grade standards. - Customer Offer: Once approved, the product is offered to the customer.9. Shipping: According to the sales order, the shipping department checks and sends the item to the customer's location. Show less
