  Contract of 18 months inside the intellectual property for all the Patent process (from the reception of the idea until the expiration of the Patent). I'm working with my manager, inventors, lawyers... Assisting in the cleaning of IP database for the NAO Faurecia automotive seating and Faurecia interior system. I'm also working on all the budget matters, training new members of our team and other tasks.

We are a real support on the daily problems that the teams can face. (PR/PO, Scrum, Highlights ...).Furthermore, we are also looking at resource, risks, links with other departments (IPTs, procurement etc...) from the company.   Project Manager Testing for a company working in the aeronautic area : Lilium. This company works on an innovative sector where energy is on of the biggest challenge. My mission inside this company is splitted into the following tasks :- Planner for two departments in testing : propulsion and energy, where there is two different areas, one is about the rigs in development inside the industry and the other one is the follow of the tests that are on going inside and outside the company.- Give a visibility of the expectations and achievement in two Test IPT's : Energy and Propulsion.- Make sure and follow a good occupancy of the different in-house capabilities that we have (propulsion focus), as much as the different equipments which are allowing us to achieve the tests needed for our objectives.- Follow and challenge our suppliers involved in the projects that we are performing, as much as proposing strategies around it and try to reduce the cost also by challenging ourselves with the real needs for our differents targets.
