  As the Manager of the Academic Programs at the Foundation, I was responsible for managing the Academic Programs offered across the four institutes within Public Health Foundation of India, New Delhi. My responsibilities included facilitating the conceptualization and development of academic programs, maintenance of academic program details at all the four IIPHs; facilitating activities related to submission of reports to various funding agencies /organizations in regard to academic programs; undertaking the necessary research and facilitating the processes for demand generation for the academic programs including analysis of career pathways for public health work force for creation of public health cadre. This included liaising with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Central and State) for various activities and projects related to academic programs.
