  I have been with Elliot Health System since October 2000. I was hired as a Patient Account Representative for the Hospital Billing Team where I cross trained in all aspects of hospital billing. My The experience I obtained during my years at Elliot led me to my current position where my main role is to promote fluid workflow processes for the Central Business Office in conjunction with Epic process improvement within our facility. I have been with Elliot Health System since October 2000. I was hired as a Patient Account Representative for the Hospital Billing Team where I cross trained in all aspects of medical billing. This experience culminated in my promotion to Team Leader in October 2004 where I lead the Anthem/Government Team for approximately 10 years and was later promoted to Supervisor of Hospital Billing. After completing my BS in Healthcare Management, I was promoted to Central Business Office Manager in 2016.
