  Systems Engineer

  I joined Custom Microsystems as part of a pilot program hiring recent college graduates to participate in an intensive six month program which mixed class room technical training with real world experience. Upon the successful completion of this program I had achieved both the A+ Certification and was a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer for Windows NT 4.0. I then worked in several areas of service delivery including support, project implementation and ultimately sales.

  As Managing Partner and founder of Allied Technology Group I work with our clients to get a better result from their IT. I am also the practice lead for Allied’s ON-Demand Managed Services portfolio. Our ON-Demand services provide our clients a total IT management solution based on our best practices which we call The Allied Way. The Allied Way provides our clients the following services• Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO)• Network Administration• Professional Services• Centralized Services• Support DeskI also co-chair our Advanced Strategic Initiative and Design Team. Our ASID Team is tasked with continually improving The Allied Way to address our clients technology needs today and in the future. I also server as vCIO for our clients across a wide variety of industries including financial services, family offices and professional services firms.Over the past five years our firm has been nationally recognized as a leader in the Manages Services Provider industry being listed multiple times to both the CRN NexGen 250 and MSPMentor 501. In 2015 I lead an internal effort to elevate Allied’s value to our clients by engaging with the MSP Alliance to undergo a 3rd party audit of The Allied Way resulting in Allied achieving the MSP Verify Certification acknowledging our services comply with industry best practices and recommended policies. It is my goal that Allied provide a consistent, reliable and accountable approach to managing our clients Information Technology needs. Since founding the firm I have worked with our clients to innovate and adapt technology allowing them to execute on their business vision. Today that remains my top priority and the guiding principle for our firm. Show less
