  Developed and managed the two new outreach programs: Montgomery County FrogWatch chapter and the Caching the Rain geocaching program. Monitored stream water quality health by conducting fish and benthic macroinvertebrate surveys and habitat assessments. Translated technical science into public outreach materials. Effectively communicated with the public to increase environmental knowledge and ethic.

  Partnership for the Delaware Estuary

  Coordinated the Schuylkill Action Network (SAN), a collaborative network of over 820 individual and 400 organizational members all working towards protecting water resources in the Schuylkill River watershed. Provided strategic direction, technical assistance, and leadership support to SAN partners. Managed seven different working groups, all with diverse stakeholders working towards a common goal. Work groups included: Abandoned Mine Drainage, Agriculture, Education and Outreach, Pathogens and Point Source, Recreation, Stormwater, Watershed Land Collaborative. Collaboratively planned, developed and implemented projects/programs in each working group.
