  This project was handled by a team size of 8, where the aim was to release a Quality assured product. The automation was based on different scenarios of the product Nexus 1000v working.The technologies used where VMware ESX, VMware vSphere Client, the test cases were written in TCL. The automation was done using python and XML for the front end. The test environments was setup using different hypervisors on different testbeds and automation was written such that the test beds choose the builds according to its configuration and the release time.The automation was designed such that the Sanities used to occur for every build (daily occurence) and Weekly sanity for the latest build, Finally the release Regression sanity was triggered. Once the all these types of testing are done, the build update for the product is officially ready for release which Quality assured build. Show less

  In this role, the interaction with our customers has been increased and I contact the customers over live calls and chats in all types of AWS Cloud Networking services. For e.g: AWS VPC, VPN, Direct Connect, Client VPN, Transit Gateway, Elastic Load balancing being my main services. I also help customers with DNS/Route 53, Auto Scaling and Cloud Formation Stacks (deployment). I also involve in hiring the best people to my team and who can invent and simplify the process by diving deep into AWS as whole.Further, I train the New hires join our team with the required potential to handle our customers with a obsession towards them.Looking forward for great opportunities for my future endeavour Show less We at AWS Support , as a team we are focused to solve problems related to AWS cloud environment. We handle Customers raise cases in which they have issues related VPC, VPN setups and also Elastic Load Balancers (CLB, ALB, NLB). We also handle issues related to entire AWS architecture and their setup as networking is the core concept which holds all together.As my daily routine we are a customer facing team, we directly interact with customers who have signed up for Premium Support, analyzing their requirement, troubleshooting the network issues and also assisting them in architecting their office network connected to AWS Cloud resources also host the websites which is highly available, scalable, fault tolerant.We are also very customer obsessed and take customer feedbacks into serious concerns and react to them accordingly such as Customer rating on every e-mail, questionnaire answered by the Customer upon resolving the issue.It is a pleasure to work with AWS networking team as it is the basement for the cloud architecture.
