Show less Leader of the Bulk project implementation in Brazil, a new strategy to sell lubricants in Brazil avoiding the usual 1 liter package. The project consisted of 10 distributors in Brazil receiving 3 storage tanks of 30m3 (to sell 3 different products) and 2k mapped clients receiving 400 or 1000 liters big pack which was installed in the client allowing them to reutilize the tank (Massive cost and environmental benefit with a robust market appeal). I personally negotiated with the 10 distributors in order to share investments and to have a win-win solution.Accountable as well for running economics and lead the technical and sales & marketing team to a common goal.
