      Worked closely with the Flight Test Computing supervisor to lead the Enterprise Development & Technology (ED&T) organization through a skill gap analysis. Gatherd data & created Excel mapping of skills, roles, products, and services within ED&T. Created a skills self assessment tool and distributed to employees. Consolidated results of assessment to evaluate the health of the organization. Created Macros within Excel to aid in the consolidation process. Worked part-time (20 hours per week) on this project for the first six weeks of the Fall 2012 semester while simultaneously attending classes and grading. Show less

      Graded homework for both the Structural Analysis I and Structural Analysis II courses. Consisted of grading assignments for 75 students on a weekly basis and recording grades for the course professor. Grading was approximately a 10 hour weekly time commitment.

      Competitive, fast-paced, two year engineering rotation program with emphasis on accelerated technical and leadership growth. Completed two, 6-month rotations at Boeing South Carolina. First, in 787 Liaison Engineering providing engineering guidance on non-conformance items on the Production Line. Second, in the Innovation Cell developing tooling through design, 3D printing/prototyping, and collaboration with Production.After relocating to Mesa, Arizona, completed third rotation supporting the BDS Rotors Engineering team working Design, Tooling, and Manufacturing Engineering. Final rotation was in Apache Maintenance Engineering providing analysis of aircraft subsystems for maintainability. Show less Coordinate Structural Testing from cradle to grave. Testing includes materials & parts, airplane components, & full-scale airplanes. Work with customers to coordinate test plans, schedules, budgets, reporting, status and overall project management. Project Integrator Team Lead January 2016-July 2016. Worked closely with management to affect change & improvements within the team and the Structures Lab organizations.Design of tooling for orbital drilling of test articles. Utilized CATIA V5 for 3D parametric modelling and drafting of tools and their detail parts. Completed Boeing CATIA sketching and assembly design training courses (Approximately 60 hours). Show less
