      I assisted in regional transportation planning initiatives by developing maps of regional data for publishing using ArcGIS (Geographic Information System). I also worked towards furthering the efforts to update traffic count data and maintain the Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS).

I am in charge of maintaining the noise complaint system, including contacting citizens addressing noise concerns. I apply for federal grants for airport improvement initiatives and update the airport's CIP to reflect improvement goals and fund allocations. I have also written additional federal applications. For example, we applied for the airport to hold an event that would require shutting down operations temporarily. Communication with the FAA, state agencies, the university, and the community.
