Managed the application delivery from the build phase through to post implementation, including agreeing the support model between the business, 3rd party supplier and internal technology team as well as a robust post live change process.Led the vendor selection process to replace Barclaycard’s payment card fraud system (Falcon). The resultant service reduced the current cheque clearing cycle from 6 days down to near instant. The trial instigated a change in the current cheque legislation (dated 1882) by HM Treasury to permit cheque clearing via an image.
