Build the business and long-term client relationships, and cultivates service opportunities by driving innovation and establishing engagements to ensure profitable revenue growth for Unisys. Set the overall strategy within their set of accounts and develops other client account executives within the region to achieve growth and profitability. In collaboration with sales, service delivery and commercial management organizations, will manage and deliver client programs which involve multiple service streams; manage orders, revenue, gross margins, implementation of services, SLAs, customer satisfaction, client business planning, contract renewals, governance, reporting structures for key accounts, billings, risk mitigation. Responsible for end to end delivery management, business development, revenue growth, profitability of the assigned P&L, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty through continuous improvement and focused innovation initiatives in select, critical, multi-year client engagements. Show less The Client Executive (CE) provides leadership in the management and profitable growth of nominated Unisys accounts. The CE works with Unisys service and solutions providers to ensure superior levels of customer satisfaction, profitability and revenue growth for Unisys. The CE is responsible for:- Management of complex client program accounts with multiple service streams and total lifetime contract revenue within the specified limits for the service lines, theater, and country.- Identification, development and closure of new annuity services business opportunities and projects that result in profitable revenue growth measured annually. Participates in or leads the negotiation of contract renewals with clients and 3rd party suppliers. Accountable for profit/loss performance of each assigned account and acts as a primary point of contact for client/Unisys management interface.- Accountable for overall client satisfaction and developing the account as a Unisys advocate. Responsible for conducting a client satisfaction survey on an annual basis to measure the client's satisfaction with Unisys services. Provide feedback to client management on survey objectives, results, and action plans to address client issues/concerns.- Establish senior account management relationships, and develop appropriate control procedures, with the client and Unisys, through line and matrix management. Takes a leadership role in coordinating cross business unit interaction to present Unisys solutions to the client. Conducts client executive management meetings, at least quarterly, with senior client management to review current status/trends and recommend changes to improve performance. Responsible for up-selling services to clients by demonstrating and articulating the value proposition. Responsible to ensure clients are billed in a timely manner, clients pay promptly, per the terms of their contract, and to ensure Unisys remains a vendor of choice for the client. Show less
