  In 2020, I launched a business built on the foundations of my years in the food and hospitality industry, and my ever-growing obsession with incredible food. Always Cook on the Bright Side took lockdown life by storm and served as a necessary form of escapism for over 500 young professionals at companies such as Disney UK, teapigs, WDW Entertainment, Oxford University and UCL, and for life-long foodies, vegans and non-vegans alike. Since going full time, I have single-handedly taken on the responsibility of running every aspect of the business from producing captivating digital content to growing brand awareness and hosting dynamic cooking classes that people just can’t get enough of.
