  Led a team of seven project employees operating on a 5/2 schedule responsible for the support and management of over 1400 servers across various technologies including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Kafka, MySQL, Redis, and ELK. Collaborated closely with a separate 24/7 support department.- Strategically planned and enhanced Database as a Service (DBaaS) offerings, significantly impacting over 50 teams and 400 developers by optimizing service delivery and operational efficiency.- Developed and impleted Incident and Problem management workflow. It included Jira Automation to identify recurring incidents and streamline major incident responses. Support members and managers received a clear overview of project incidents.
