Supervised planning, operation and evaluation of all JICA’s projects in DRC with five Japanese staff, ten Congolese staff and 50+ international consultants; projects for agriculture, forest management, mining, transportation infrastructure, industrial HR, SME, police, health and electricity sectors2. Built a collaborative partnership with external stakeholders including ministers, governors, heads of donors, CEOs of private companies and Embassies; Increased the technical assistance budget from $9m in 2014 to $14m in 2016; grew the grant aid pipelines from zero to three in 2016 with approx. $130m budget in total3. Established the security management system, overcoming several uprisings during political destabilization 4. Formulated the first loan aid project of road construction for the Republic of Congo through analysis on debt sustainability, social and economic impact and IRR, co-financing with the African Development Bank 4. Conducted the first consulting study in DRC's foreign investment potential and business climate rating5. Formulated and launched a rice value chain development project in Kinshasa including production planning, land consolidation, seed production, mechanization and post-harvest process Show less 1.
