Spearheaded the development of UConn's institutional commitments to becoming a health promoting university, ensuring seamless alignment with broader university strategic objectives.• Led the development of a streamlined web access point for faculty and academic support staff to asynchronously connect with trainings designed to enhance their confidence and capacity to address mental health concerns and cultivate well-being in the academic environment.• Managed the completion of UConn’s 2020 biennial review, a comprehensive assessment of the university’s alcohol and other drug (AOD) prevention initiatives for students.
