  Story and screenplay writer

  My work journey started with writing my own short films to proof-reading scripts of others. Then lead to writing a proper Screenplay of individuals from vaguely written scenes and in broken english. A turning point came when the project included a deep research about the history of a Hindu King ruler and writing a story on it. Then I started writing a Gujarati serial screenplay with dialogues which was a remake of kannad serial. Then been a part of a writer's room for a web series. Brainstorming and plotting the story, writing my point of view version and at the end writing a final version from everyone's inputs in the story, everything was an amazing and a creative experience. Writing a story and screenplay of a music video was also a good different experience. Currently writing my own web-series and passionately looking forward to joining more writers' rooms. With all the above work, I also worked as an assistant director in a few short films. My work included costume continuity, arranging and handling props, finding locations and filling script supervisor daily logs etc. I also aspire to be a director. Currently looking to join as a creative assistant in the directing team to keep learning more. Show less
