      Specialize in Residential, Commercial and Industrial Foundation Repair, Hand Excavation, Service and Under Slab Plumbing, Air Conditioning and HeatingKey Results: Led company through most profitable years of company's existence.  Grew company from 12 foundation repair crews up to 28 crews in 3 year period. Accomplished expansion without outside funding or major debt using current cash flow to fund expansion. Linked out of town locations to headquarters through a centralized accounting and scheduling network to form a cohesive, standardized operation which elevated efficiency and accuracy company-wide. This improved production practices and gained better financial control of different market places. Implemented disaster evacuation and recovery practices for company market locations. Instrumental in helping the Foundation Repair Association raise the education and standards of our industry by starting the Certified Foundation Repair Specialist program within the association. Became a Certified Foundation Repair Specialist scoring highest score on my test seating.  Worked as consultant for FEMA after Hurricane Katrina in Louisiana on writing guidelines for contractors raising existing structures to be in compliance with current building code elevations. Designed and implemented first structure raising to be accomplished without vacating the structure. Raised a concrete slab home four feet while the homeowners resided in the structure keeping all utilities active. The interior of the structure was not disturbed at all. Show less Worked as Laborer, Foreman then Superintendent and General ManagementKey Results: Installed first pressed pile for company by use of hydraulic hand jack.  Instrumental in creating automated process for pressing pile sections into un-dug soils making concrete pressed pile viable as a mainstream foundation repair system. Instrumental in acquiring approval for foundation repair permits in the City of Houston using the pressed pile system. Excavated first tunnel under slab for installing foundation repair system without having to break through the slab. Excavated first tunnel for company to repair existing under slab plumbing leak. Developed company basic field procedures still in place today for foundation repair pressed pile installation and leveling which streamlined procedures that decreased labor time and eliminated redundancies. Created daily installation report used to document pile locations and depths for record keeping and warranty service.       Infantry Squad Leader during Desert Shield / Desert StormKey Results: Shot highest score out of 3,750 qualifiers in Marine Corps Boot Camp Rifle Qualifications.  Set Marine Corps record for disassembly and assembly of the M-60E-3 Machine Gun into the 6 main groups. 3.8 seconds and 7.4 seconds respectively. Rifle marksmanship coach on MCAGCC 29 Palms California- Coached Marines on rifle range for yearly qualification shooting of the M-16A2 Service Rifle. Coached for 6 months and had 0 unqualified shooters and the highest percentage of expert shooters of any coach ever on the range. Served as infantry squad leader during combat in Desert Storm / Desert Shield training Marines straight out of Boot Camp and Infantry School to function in the Fleet Marine Corps under combat situations. Led Machine Gun Squad of new Marines to win Squad Competition in Saudi Arabia. Contributed to design changes on the M-60E-3 Machine Gun. Designed and implemented machine gun emplacements to protect Headquarters of Marine Corps in Saudi Arabia during Desert Shield. Implemented program for use of indirect fire for M-60 machine guns during Desert Storm.
