      Roles & Responsibilities:Managed all post recruitment activities of outsourced employees of “Drive India Enterprise Solution Limited (DIESL)”.• Responsible for managing overall HR functions including managing the induction & on boarding process, maintaining HRIS to generate offer letters in stipulated time (48 hrs.).• Engaged in the: o Time Office calculations to ensure timely disbursement of salary for respective cost centres of Haryana, Punjab & Himachal Pradesh.o Managing Salary & Reimbursement inputs and invoices.o Grievance Managements as to maintain a sound relationship between employee and employer.o Preparing all the IR registers after completion of payroll.o Handling queries related to salary, PF, ESIC, bank accounts, reimbursements and any other official query.• Conducted open house on monthly basis so as to minimize grievances at work place.• Managed records w. r. t no dues, relieving and experience certificates.
