  I served onboard the Cape Osprey where I completed my first seagoing trip after qualifying as an OOW. My second vessel was the Sandra Blanca which was a large container ship, I had also sailed on her as a cadet.Inbetween sea trips I completed a 2 month post in Zodiac's office in London, there I was part of the operations team where I gained valuable experience and insight into the role that office plays. As a deck cadet I sailed on a bulk carrier for my 1st trip and then 3 container ships to complete my seagoing time. As deck cadet I gained excellent experience sailing on a variety of vessels and visiting many ports throughout the world.

  Apache II is a reel lay vessel, capable of laying pipe from 2"​ to 16" and is also fitted with an auxillary reel.Station keeping was obtained from the Kongsberg K-Pos DP21 system and used a variety of reference systems including; DGPS, Taut Wire, Fan Beam and HiPAP.During my time on Apache II we carried out pipe laying operations in Ghana for Tullow and in the North Sea for Statoil and B.P

  Dolphin Drilling

  Blackford Dolphin is an anchored Semi-Submersible rig operating in the North Sea on hire to Chevron. Bollsta Dolphin is a DP Class 3 Harsh Enviroment Ultra-Deepwater Semi-Submersible rig. Station keeping is obtained from K-Pos DP 32 & 12 which is combined with DYNPOS ER and a Posmoor ATA 8 point mooring system.Bollsta uses a variety of reference systems including; DGPS, Taut Wire, HiPAP LBL and Nautronix. Belford Dolphin is a DP Class 3 Ultra-Deepwater Drill Ship. Station keeping was obtained from the Kongsberg SDP 32 &12 system and for reference systems we used DGPS and HiPAP LBL.During my time of Belford Dolphin we carried out exploration drilling for Anadarko Petroleum offshore Mozambique. Belford Dolphin is a DP Class 3 Ultra-Deepwater Drill Ship. Station keeping was obtained from the Kongsberg SDP 32 &12 system and for reference systems we used DGPS and HiPAP LBL.During my time of Belford Dolphin we carried out exploration drilling for Anadarko Petroleum offshore Mozambique.
