  Operations Analyst - Reconciliations

   Work closely with trade capture team to ensure all kick-out trades loaded to system without any exceptions. Resolving breaks related to corporate actions (accurate administration of various corporate actions like stock split, reverse split, spin off, bonus etc.) dividends, interest payments, ENIV with the use of Bloomberg and liaising with internal and external stakeholders as and when required. Accurate and timely posting of dividend, income, expenses of transaction on client portfolio to avoid any latency issue and to maintain KPI. Resolve OTC derivative breaks with the help of DTCC confirms. Analyzing breaks related to trade price, commission on equity products and perform activity of reset of equity swaps. Linking and matching of exception on TLM as per client exception and research breaks on TLM. Reconcile balances on daily basis between client and brokers & research accordingly on difference amounts. Responsible for pre and post month end activities to provide final and accurate NAV for the month to client on timely basis with least exceptions. As and when requested by client to work on special deal to provide NAV at any date, working closely on audit queries as well. Training the new joiners for basic recon and account specific functionalities.
