      It was my first full dive into the field of Computers and IT. I cruised through the first semester as it consisted of introductory technical subjects easy enough to grasp onto. As the later semesters approached, I realised the in-and-out of computers and what studying computer engineering stood for. Studying basics such as diodes, capacitors to moving onto microprocessors and microcontrollers the world of computers unfold in front of my eyes.

      I chose Fanshawe because it did have the mix of domains that I was looking for in a PGD. Furthermore, it did not have any application fees (plus point) and closer to one of the iconic cities the world has known (Toronto). I would have said my experience would have been splendid if COVID would have never occurred. Even though I have learnt a lot about the business aspect of IT by careful selection of courses, guiding me to understand the big picture.

      Progressing into my journey of being a computer engineer, I was lucky enough to get into one of the Grade A affiliated college in Mumbai. The subjects in my bachelors leaned towards to software side of computers or I should say the logic and networking half of the fast computing systems we know of. I learned a lot about algorithms and logic further refining my concepts grasped during my diploma.
