  Project with Melint on the Tuya Protocol: Development of a Real-Time Industrial Machine Monitoring Solution Using Connected Sensors and AI to Anticipate Failures and Optimize Operational Efficiency.As part of this project, we explored the use of the Tuya protocol in the industrial sector to enhance machine monitoring. The goal was to develop a system that collects real-time data from connected sensors, enabling predictive maintenance through AI-driven analysis. By identifying early signs of failures, the solution aimed to improve equipment reliability, reduce maintenance costs, and enhance overall productivity. My contribution included understanding the Tuya protocol, integrating sensors, and designing the IoT and AI architecture to efficiently process and utilize the collected data. Show less

  Dans le cadre de mon projet, j'explore l'optimisation des algorithmes de vision par ordinateur, notamment YOLO (You Only Look Once) et DeepSort, pour améliorer la gestion du transport de passagers. L'objectif ? 📈 Rendre le suivi et la détection en temps réel plus rapides et plus légers, même sur des appareils avec des ressources limitées.🔍 Les défis que nous abordons :✅ Réduction des besoins en calcul grâce à des modèles allégés comme YOLO-LITE✅ Utilisation de techniques de quantification pour optimiser les performances✅ Amélioration de la précision du suivi des passagers tout en maintenant une exécution en temps réelL'idée est de développer des solutions efficaces qui pourraient être intégrées dans des systèmes de surveillance intelligents, des infrastructures de transport ou encore des véhicules autonomes.   Flight Coverage by an Aircraft Fleet | CentraleSupelec

  This project focuses on assigning aircraft to flight legs while minimizing operational costs and meeting key constraints, like minimum turnaround time, equipment continuity, and predefined starting airports for each aircraft. We use real-world data from a low-cost airline in Asia, covering 1,580 flights over 30 days, 37 airports, and 50 aircraft. The dataset is generated with three key parameters: aircraft density, scheduling period length, and the number of aircraft.The goal is to optimize aircraft assignment using algorithms to reduce costs and improve efficiency. The project includes two phases with deliverables such as a documented model and Python code. Show less
