  -Coordinator for Compliance exam management. I help ensure the process of receiving requests and delivering the approved documents to the examiners (OCC, CFPB) runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include managing the process, documenting requests, and providing information to the examiners/auditors in a timely manner.-Primary analyst in Bank Compliance for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Planning. I continuously meet time expectations and fulfill necessary requirements to operate an effective plan.-Implement and create a quarterly Compliance newsletter for all Bank employees. Work entails gathering information from embedded teams, discussing Compliance training, and highlighting Compliance trends in the industry. As a result, the Bank is able to understand the Compliance regulatory roles/responsibilities and how that affects other business areas. Show less

  - Provide technology that evolves with the ever-changing social media landscape by enabling State Farm agents to easily expand their brand/presence and confidently create their own impactful, personalized, local, and compliant digital content.- Support the vendor compliance management and content management tools for ~19,000 State Farm Agent's business social media accounts.- Successfully enabled programmatic user management for 100+ employees and 19,000+ agents to access the compliance social tool.- Connected with 50+ agents at Fall Planning events to seek feedback to help grow adoption, share those learnings across departments, and incorporate key feedback to drive and prioritize new features/functionality.- Expanded my skillset by learning Power Automate application to create automatic workflows to send email notifications to agents, processing user access, and retrieving data from social tools.
