  As a tutor for students at Reading Memorial High School, I developed leadership skills working with other students to aid them in their studies. I motivated my peers to achieve better understanding of concepts as well as to achieve better grades. While working as a landscaper around my neighborhood, I participated in a process of finding new clients to work for while also negotiating rates with said clients. Through this I learned initiative skills and also leadership skills.
