      My first job as a Public Relations major. Started out as a intern and after graduating I was invited to become part of the staff. Inspite my lack of experience at the time, I was the only communication specialist in this NGO, which required creativity and reserching to accomplish my tasks. These duties went from small tasks, such as working on advertising campaigns, to greater tasks, such as negotiating with business partners, building partnerships, communication plannings and working on the internal communication activities, spread out in several cities where the NGO was made present.Rede Cidadã was awarded in 2018 by the NGO Adviser as Brazil's 3rd best NGO and top 500 worldwide, rankning in the position 115. Without a specific team to attend this nature of demand, I was invited to build and manage a new team and become your manager, also comprising the activities as an account manager, account executive, an account planning and project managing, responding directly to the direction board. This was the dawn of social media as a tool for companies and we were learning how to better use the digital communication tools along the process. After accomplishing my task to structure the team and successfully delivering several projects to our clients, I was invited by the board to replicate my job in the entire company, mapping and rebuilding your business processes seeking better effectiveness and better relationship with your clients. I left the company with great friends, whom I still mantain relations. I was invited by a campaign manager to work in a political election campaign, for the first time using social media as a tool.       The great challenge at the time was to develop and work a 100% online election campaign for the first time in Brazil. It was the first election after Barack Obama changed the communication scenario in the USA, being elected by majorly using the social media. The congressman candidate was not known by the general public at the time, requiring a lot of creativity to plan and execute the campaign in such short period and generate brand awareness, whereas there were no parameters or cases in Brazil for what could work better and with only a few metric measurement resources available at the time.Although the candidate was not elected, it was an outstanding learning opportunity for me and the team and several communication professionals considered it one of the best online campaigns for that election. After all, I left the civil career and dived into a military culture while assuming big responsibilities as Public Relations serving at the Air Force Academy (AFA) from 2013 to 2015.- AFA is a higher education institution and one of the most known units of the Air Force, inspiration for the brazilian youth desiring for a career as a comissioned officer. Despite that, a decrease of applications was diagnosed. Therefore, I researched, planned and executed a new digital communication positioning. In the two following years we tripled the amount of new applicants that declared have known about AFA and your admission exam through social media. - My role as a PR also involved creating and maintaining relationship with the general and specialized media, having them as partners always covering our events and helping us to increase our brand awareness. - As an Officer, I responded directly to high authorities (Brigadiers and superior officers) reporting my plans, achievements and new tasks.- Responsible for content writing for social media; press releases, Air Force's magazine, blog and journal. - One of the head organizers for several events held at AFA, such as an "open gate" air show in 2015 with an estimated 93.000 people during the day; for the 2014 international military pentathlon championship for the International Military Sports Council (CISM); and Driver's Cup championship held at AFA's runways. - Planning and receiving national and international authorities, such as friendly countries Generals and Commanders; national and international politicians, such as Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff and Ministers; Sports and TV celebrities and NASA's former astronaut General Charles Duke (this job included being your interpreter for your lecture for an audience of over a thousand listeners).
