Provided region wide COMSEC policies, performed command COMSEC inspections, provided training and evaluations of security disciplines of physical, industrial, personnel and information security as lead inspector and up to the minute communication briefings to senior commanders. Involved in the strategy and plans division for tactical and strategic communications planning in support of the Kosovo Theater operations while coordinating operational Video Teleconference (VTC) data integration requirements and implementation of day-to-day operation assets. Conducted training and provided technical expertise for the Kosovo Theater Information Systems personnel. -Performed COMSEC Command Authority duties and managed 14 COMSEC Accounts in key validation and usage. Verified exploitable vulnerabilities were 100% patched and mitigated-Reviewed and rewrote policy pieces that both informed and influenced senior executive leadership on issues pertaining to infrastructure management and communication processes while managing other projects.-Incorporated the plan of action of Host Nation Agreements during multiple exercises that ensured system operation while dealing with many diverse country policies.-Oversaw the fielding of new equipment, software upgrades, system troubleshooting and the sustainment information system network.   Senior Transmission Engineer for the United States Army Europe and Africa, 7th Army Training Command, 2nd Cavalry Regiment. Oversaw day-to-day operations of the Tactical Network Operations Branch, which provided established policy and provided guidance for subordinate sustainment network support management offices. Oversaw the fielding of new equipment, software upgrades, system troubleshooting and the sustainment information system network. Verified exploitable vulnerabilities were 100% patched and mitigated, coordinated training and conducted life cycle replacement. -Spearheaded the execution of Command Services Implementation on newly fielded equipment which resulted in over $150 million of equipment operability within 12 months across many countries.-Supervised the retrofit of the TCN-L, STT/STT+ and POP/SNE leading to a 96% compliance rating enduring accreditation with Army Information Assurance security standards.-Organized Information Systems training for over 80 personnel and a cost saving of $300,000.
