  Tjobs is an online platform designed specifically for recruitment agencies. In order to fill a niche which existed in online recruitment, we built a platform especially for recruiters and recruitment agencies professionals focused on jobs abroad.Since 2009, we created a set of services and products designed specifically for recruitment agencies and modeled on their specific activity. All modules, applications, services and products we offer today have been developed based on feedback from over 2000 professional recruiters in over 400 partner agencies, who use Tjobs in their daily work. As Product Manager for Tjobs I was responsible for translating customer needs and corporate strategy into the products we provide through the online recruitment platform to our users. While I worked there, I participated in the increase of both sales and number of agencies active on the platform. I was also part of building and managed a recruitment network made from several recruitment agencies. Whilst doing so, we will ensure the best price/quality solutions on the market.TjobsRecruit aims to innovate the global HR Services sector by improving the efficiency of the recruiting process for all stakeholders: employers, candidates and agents. In order to fill a niche in the online recruitment, we started as a portal dedicated exclusively to recruitment agencies. Through a close collaboration with the recruitment agencies, we created during the last two years a portal for professional recruiters. The constant feedback of over 500 agencies using Tjobs.ro, supported us in creating services that bring speed and quality of recruitment to a new standard.Due to the constant growth of the search for jobs in Romania, since December 2011 we opened Tjobs.ro to the Romanian employers.   Azomures is a fertilizer producer founded in 1962 in Tg. Mures, Romania. Since 2012 it is a part of the Swiss group Ameropa. With 2500 employees and contractors, and a production capacity of 5000 tons per day, it is the main supplier of fertilizers for the Romanian agriculture.As a Marketing Manager at Azomures I am responsible for developing, implementing and executing the marketing strategy of the company, including but not limited to:- mass media advertising- managing advertising agencies- branding and rebranding products and product categories- new product launches- managing new product field trials - customer satisfaction surveys and action plans- partner programs and customer engagement- company and partner events- creating and updating marketing materials (catalogs, brochures, product data sheets, etc.)- creating and implementing the commercial digital strategy of the company (www.azomures.com)- supporting other departments with their activity as needed (HR, Communication, HSE, Business Development, etc.)- developing and managing the annual marketing budget Afișează mai puține
