  ** OVERVIEW **As a senior member of the executive team, I was hired to direct a team of professionals to drive strategic leadership and program management. I manage a 12-member team and budget administration. My responsibilities include creating cardio tennis programs, 10 & Under Tennis Protocol programs, USTA teams, and high-performance programs with nationally ranked players. I manage overall tennis operations and court scheduling of all programs, including juniors, season courts, USTA teams, and clinics of all levels.** HIGHLIGHTS **► Improved junior tennis program and player development by helping to implement the 10 & Under Tennis Protocol program that redesigned reward system, teaching methods, disciplinary action, and tennis protocols.► Helped increase USTA teams at the club, from 8 to 17 USTA teams at the club with each team averaging 15 players.► The Club achieved recognition in the last two years for running junior sanctioned USTA tournaments (Levels 5-7); one of the first clubs in the area to run Universal Tennis Rating tournaments, the most accurate rating system in the sport.► Generated program revenue and new customers by creating a more structured, high-performance program with clear goals surrounding player development and game structure.► Developed New Canaan Racquet Club YouTube channel during COVID-19 pandemic to keep customers / community connected with the club with engaging content for juniors and adults.
