Prepare violations report based on the reviews/visits conducted in coordination with the Compliance Monitoring Senior Manager. Ensure complying with implementing all assigned monitoring tests/violations and ensure the results are documented and reflected in the Compliance Grids/Matrices. Maintain Awareness of Bank activities and issues affecting the industry and alert management of any potential non-compliance and AML/CTF risks.- Program/plan covering all regulatory, reputational, ethical, and AML/CTF risks across the Bank.- Review reports from Regulators, Internal/External Auditors, Risk Management Group, Customer Complaints, Fraud etc., prior to conducting reviews and include any risks of non- compliance in the violations report.- Ensure that all test sample, violations, and communications with relevant businesses are maintained/documented.- Initiate and suggest improvements in the current processes/systems to comply with Regulatory requirements.
