  • I grew up on Glendene Farm from 2 years old. Glendene was situated in Tengwe (Karoi Area) Northern Zimbabwe. The Glendene was 2500 hectares. I joined the farm after completing my trade test as a Diesel plant fitter. We did crop rotation planting love grass after tobacco(2years) then maize (1 year). The farm had 26 tobacco curing barns. A 15million m3 dam.7 tractors plus all farming implements. Staff compliment of 72 employees.• +- 250 hectares of tobacco grown per annum.• +- 700 hectares of maize grown per annum.• +- 200 head of cattle with feed lot.
