Full budget responsibility, 20.900 man-hours in UK and and 13.900 man-hours in Italy. Successfully delivered a large scale R&D development project as assistant Total Project Manager with budget of 170 million GBP and 3.2 million man-hours. Full product life cycle responsibility: development, Integration & Verification testing and product/market introduction. Manager for the GPRS supply and support section. The second part was organisational business transformation for service management processes and cloud operating model to prepare and set-up DWP for in-sourcing the IT Service Management function. • In a separate engagement to DWP I managed a Windows 10 End User Compute Surface Pro thick client Proof Of Concept (POC). The POC was to validate DWP AD authentication set-up, DWP specific tools and LOBs, and CESG security implementation and ongoing maintenance. Reporting to DWP Head of Infrastructure. • I also worked on a discovery engagement with a London Borough. The outcome outlined a digital business transformation strategy with business benefits which was mapped into a journey plan on how the organisation could best implement and utilise cloud technologies.The work streams include an adoption and change management work stream for the O365 and Windows 10 deployment including Skype For Business. A work stream to migrate the infrastructure into the Azure cloud.
