  Muscat Expressway Project - This project involves construction of 58 Km of 6 lane asphalted road including service roads, 29 bridges and underpasses including 12 interchanges/ flyovers with box girders, 7 arch culvert (Techspan) and 131 culverts of various sizes. The project scope includes 28 million cum of earthwork, 270,000 cum of concrete, 44,000 tons of reinforcement steel, 234,000 sqm of MSE wall and 473,000 cum of asphalt work, 27 km of DI pipeline, 65 km of OH line, 61 km UG power line, 31 km storm sewer, piling, prestressing etc. Responsibilities: Measuring completed works and preparing client billing for earthwork, structures, utilities, etc. Rate Analysis Cost/ value reconciliations  Providing site management with commercial support and advice. Solicit, obtain, compare, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier proposals Subcontractor Procurement & Management/ preparation of work order/agreement for subcontractor Measurement and valuation of sub-contract work. Preparation and negotiation of sub-contractor’s final account. Preparing weekly and monthly reports  Document controlling & archiving Show less
