Translate global concepts to local markets needs and turning both channels in coffee discovery platforms while ensuring consistent brand visibility and messaging across all touchpoints. Taking on different projects to enhance the customer experience in boutique and online, targeting the onboarding and loyalty programmes with CRM. During this mission I also focus on brand/product marketing, launching new products in the Dutch market, as well as being the project lead for Nespresso’s quarterly campaign involving stakeholders ranging from PR & Social to CRM, from Ecom to Supply and from Retail to CRC. Ultimately responsible for the boutique’s finances, stock, visual merchandising, quality/safety/heath/environment and coffee expertise. Together with the Boutique Manager we led a team of 12 Coffee Specialists, coaching them to reach their own goals as well as the organisation’s targets.
