  Industrial Chemicals Ltd operates a number of batch and continuous processes across seven sites in the UK, manufacturing (e.g.) Chlor-alkali chemicals, inorganic coagulants, aesthetic particles, and amine oxide. Customers tend to be producers of household cleaning or laundry products, or else in the water industry. I am primarily responsible for the businesses' quality management system. Three sites are regulated under the control of major accident hazard (COMAH) regulations. I have been responsible for the Safety Report for one of these sites (upper tier), and originally developed the site's safety and environmental management systems.Starting position was 'Shift Chemist'.
