I spearheaded an Auditing Project, streamlining financial processes through the creation of tables, reports, and classes.   Project Digital Solutions - Cynergy Bank (DragonflyConsultancy) (Two extensions)I played a pivotal role in testing innovative digital solutions for Cynergy Bank, contributing significantly to the creation of a new Mobile Banking App and its web counterpart. My approach involved employing a multi-disciplinary strategy, fostering effective communication and coordination with front-end and back-end developers, Business Analysts, product owners, and external testers. Collaborating within a multinational team, I managed and streamlined testing processes, enhancing overall project efficiency.My responsibilities included conducting thorough testing of Cynergy’s emerging mobile and online banking apps using the Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) framework. I further established an automated mobile testing framework utilizing Appium, Appium Inspector, Android Studio, and IntelliJ. Overcoming challenges associated with Flutter code in the web framework, I implemented SikuliX, an OCR-based test automation suite, during app development.In addition to my technical contributions, I conducted API testing of backend services using Postman and generated comprehensive reports using the Newman reporting tool. I validated the contents of Azure Data Studio and performed detailed manual testing of the app, employing extensive exploratory testing techniques. To ensure the software's functionality and reliability, I developed and executed comprehensive test cases, generating detailed reports using the neuro reporting tool to communicate testing outcomes effectively.
