  Support to Operations in support of Call Center move from old location to new purpose built center. Scope included new system network design, desktop architecture, physical implementation and migration of services from old to new.

  IT consultancy to support site wide roll out of new messaging system and technology refresh of 3000 desktop estate. Work included automation of desktop profile roll out and design of underlying IP architecture and deployment.

  Based in UAE and working with clients across the Middle East and Africa. Broadening beyond Homeland Security to the wider domain of Central and Regional Government clients I maintained my specialism and point of view in Border Systems but grew my skills and influence to include new business areas, particularly the Social Development domain; a topic vital to the economic development of the region. In this role I worked with Government clients, and suppliers to Government, creating strategies, solutions and delivery programmes to meet long term goals and build capability to enable my clients to realise the benefits they seek.
