My responsibilities also included coaching and developing the knowledge and skills of my team to meet our organisational standards. For me, the skillset required to preserve the revenue and profit generated, is as important as the skillset needed to create it. Show less As an L&D coach and trainer, my focus is to support our store leaders and their team members in achieving their learning objectives. I help them to develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles. I write training content and build training resources for use in our online certification programs and for our own targeted needs. I also coach onsite to assist our stores teams with their operational skill development, deliver face to face training, and provide field support for those undertaking our Cert III qualification. Show less My responsibilities encompassed team leadership, coaching and performance management of my team, creating and implementing sales, service and operational initiatives to deliver or exceed our KPI's, and delivering operational compliance across the store. My store was recognised as our regional store of excellence and utilised as a training base for new managers. We were also selected to pilot a re-branding strategy for the company.
