   Designed and facilitated a wide range of leadership courses and technical assistance throughout Libya for NGOs, youth, women and the public sector as part of the European Union's capacity building programme in Libya to support the country's emerging civil society.  Conducted needs assessment interviews with various stakeholders to inform the design of the trainings and to source the relevant experts contributing to these.  Recruited, managed and trained 5 staff members. Developed Common Purpose’s networks in Libya and built partnerships with NGOs, universities, local governmental bodies, ministries and international stakeholders (including UN agencies).    Managed the curriculum of the Itijah leadership seminar that brought together 50 emerging leaders from Europe and the Middle-East to address common challenges.   Venue Accreditation Manager

   In charge of the accreditation centre and implemented an accreditation system in accordance with the UEFA EURO 2016 accreditation project to the Lens stadium. Managed 3 team members and 45 volunteers. Trained the venue staff and security officers to the accreditation system. Recruited volunteers for the 500 available missions and help assign them to the right postings.

   Support to CEO on the organisation of the HSBC Singapore Rugby 7s and Super Rugby matches in Singapore. Team coordination, activity planning, run sheet and roadmap control, reporting to CEO. Liaison person between the Paris and Singapore offices and key focal point for all matters, including HR. Volunteer management and staffing: part of the recruiters’ team to source 300 volunteers for the event. In charge of accreditation for the events day.    Managed the project set up of a highly selective new leadership programme for leaders in the conservation sector (workplan, communication strategy, programme agenda and curriculum). Participant recruitment and selection : review of application forms and spot leadership talents (senior leaders keen to empower youth and young future leaders of the sector). Organised the 4-day seminar in Amman, Jordan, including the sourcing of inspirational speakers and identifying appropriate field visits. Coordinated the relationships with the MAVA foundation, the project funder and partners (Mowgli Mentoring and the Royal Society for the Conservation of Nature in Jordan).    Capacity built and coached organisations and ESOs to implement mentoring programmes in their organisations and networks. Developed the organisation’s e-learning capacities and delivery: designed and facilitated Become an Effective Mentor and Running Effective Mentoring Programmes, the 2 flagships programmes of the organisation. Tailored those programmes to Entrepreneurship Support Organisations and conservation and climate leaders in Europe and Africa. Managed 6 online and face-to-face mentoring programmes in Kenya for entrepreneurs, corporate leaders(Safaricom), conservation leaders or humanitarian actors (Swisscontact staff and community-based trainers). Supported participants creating the change they wanted to implement, especially during challenging times such as the Covid-19 crisis. Created on-going support plans for participants, resource libraries, with curated or newly developed resources and learning events thanks to continued need assessments. Stepped up to push forward L&D within the organisation: need analysis, identify priorities and roll out development activities. Managed the culture and values co-creation process within the organisation with the entire team. Actively involved in partnership development in East Africa: networking, proposal writing, event speaker.
