My main task was to carry out and optimize the Apple CarPlay certification process for the infotainment system of BMW.- Optimization of a certification process through the use of the KAIZEN method.   Outbound Pack Manager

  Since February 2022, I am working as an outbound pack manager at the Amazon fullfillment center in Graben, where I am responsible for packaging customer orders, occupational safety and quality. I lead a team of over 100 employees who I coach, train and motivate. I am also responsible for planning, monitoring and optimizing work processes, compliance with standards and analyzing KPIs.
