Office), 2nd&3rd batches till MOH release.o Releasing, organizing & Following up Purchase Requisitions considering the lead time of each item, shelf life, store capacity & its Value.o Following the Purchasing Dept. to achieve PO delivery date, Clearance department & QC releasing…etc.o Issuing batches order (M/O) based on Production Machines Capacity, Product stock coverage and sales performance. Through Oracle system (R12) & Following up the Production Dept. to achieve this Plan in a certain period.o Perform Expiration Report (Mat. Will be expired within 6 months& FG Will be expired within one year), and suggestions to consume them before expiry date.o Perform Monthly Toll Products report (Stock of Materials & FG).o Perform Monthly report for all new products Stages status.
